Blackdog came to us frustrated with their outdated digital presence, which no longer reflected their reputation or recent work. Despite a strong local following, their website lacked brand cohesion—there was no consistent color palette, no brand guidelines, and little emphasis on their growing portfolio.
The goal was a complete digital transformation that aligned with their evolving company vision. We developed a clean, modern, and timeless design, including new brand guidelines that could be applied across all marketing channels. Navigation was streamlined to guide users directly to featured work and encourage consultation sign-ups.

Project Summary
This project involved a full custom website design executed through a collaborative and agile process. Virtual meetings were held throughout key stages—including initial consultation, design reveal, and multiple revision rounds—to ensure alignment with the client’s vision. Working iteratively, we designed six custom page layouts, handing off approved designs to development on a weekly basis to maintain project momentum.
The client provided an extensive library of professional photography. I led the effort to create a system for categorizing and organizing these assets, working closely with development to streamline the integration of gallery-based projects for future design-build clients.
Following a smooth design-to-development handoff, I conducted detailed QA reviews to ensure both visual fidelity and functional performance. The final result is a scalable, easy-to-update website that highlights the client’s craftsmanship and provides a strong foundation for future growth.
